Brother’s Keeper is a service program developed with the mission of advocating and improving the quality of life for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. brothers, their spouses, and widows who are retired, are elders, have disabilities and are ailing; and vulnerable community members. As we are navigating the everyday realities of life, we understand that times can get hard for many of us. We know illnesses can happen, spouses may need support, and we may just need a brotherly ear. Whatever the reason, the Omicron Eta Lambda Chapter is ready to support our Brothers in their time of need. To serve you better, Brother’s Keeper has developed a Google request form for anyone wanting Brother’s Keeper services. Click HERE for support. |
Chartered in the Southwest quadrant of Washington, DC is a leading service organization dedicated to fostering a sense of “brotherhood” among its members and providing quality community outreach projects/activities. We will achieve these goals by continuing to facilitate the internal and external interaction of its members in order to further enhance “brotherhood” and maintain strong membership participation in chapter projects and programs.
March for Babies 2024
Omicron Eta Lambda is participating in March for Babies because we want to help reduce the number babies born prematurely or in poor health, nurture mothers’ pre-natal health, and support healthy baby research. The walk was held on April 27, 2024. Led by co-captains Bro. Dr. Brian Anderson and Bro. Dr. C. Michael Livingston Jr.
